FOCCAS is a Federal tax exempt non-profit 501 (c) (3). FOCCAS is an all volunteer group started by two women in 2004 who were appalled by the unsafe, unsanitary conditions that existed in the county animal shelter. FOCCAS is to assist the Colusa County Animal Shelter with increasing pet adoptions through outreach programs, educating the community on animal care, improving the existing shelter and implementing a spay/neuter program. The many improvements that have been made over the years come from the generous businesses who have donated product and labor and hours worked by tireless volunteers. We rely on the citizens to get involved with the county shelter and on donations from those people who find it in their heart to help the animals. Mail address: P.O. Box 147, Colusa, CA 95932 Telephone: (530) 458 - 0247 email: foccasanimals@gmail.com DISCLAIMER: All FOCCAS donation/collection boxes are always clearly marked with our address, phone number and name so the people who give generously to help the animals know that the funds are going to a legitimate nonprofit organization. FOCCAS is not affiliated with any other group.
